There's no question about it; Irene Motta lights up a room. In fact, as I took her initial phone call, I was so deeply pulled into her vision that I couldn't wait to create the experience and images that she was describing. Irene values her team. She supports them, believes in them, and spoils them. In fact, she transformed an ordinary business weekend into a dinner, hair-and-makeup, glamor portrait session extravaganza. We went from a headshot inquiry to a party in one ten minute call. But that's just who Irene is. Her team's confidence and an enthusiasm to serve that is almost tangible! As someone who shines from the inside out, Irene knew she couldn't tolerate the boredom from doing the same job for 19 years, so in 2019, she resigned and started Ace Global.

Irene's joie de vivre expands far beyond her work life. A true Jersey girl at heart, Irene is happiest relaxing on a beach somewhere. She was born and raised in Park Ridge, New Jersey - just a stone's throw from her Westwood office, and was graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Irene and her husband Sal, love to travel with their two teenagers and Ollie, their two-year-old Labradoodle, as well. These experiences all fill Irene up so she can better serve as President of ACE Global Business Services LLC. Irene believes that forming her own company was the best decision she's ever made!
