You and I are spending way too much time rushing around for everyone else, or staring at a screen, worrying about all the things we're getting wrong.

Join me in for some screen-free, rush-free therapeutic downtime. You don't need to be creative to dream about how your future can look.

I'll provide the supplies and snacks, you just have to show up!

Together, we'll sift and sort through magazines, stickers and photo and put what resonates with us on our own vision boards.

Take your vision board home and hang it somewhere special to keep your vision for yourself front of mind.
