The Process - Portraits Made Simple

You can shift from overwhelmed to enjoying your portraits in four easy steps.

1. Consultation

A few weeks before your session, I will visit your home and find out more about why types of wall art you'd like to have, and where. The style of your home helps to determine how we style your session. Wardrobe and location are carefully selected with my help. If you have small children or pets, it's a great time for me to meet them so I'm a familiar face on our shoot day.

2. Shoot

Your experience during our session will be reflected in your images, so I want you to have a wonderful time. My assistants will make sure your children are engaged, I will guide you through the most flattering poses (and candids), and all you have to do is show up. Most families have so much fun, and they look so nice, that they decide to head out to dinner after their session!

3. Ordering Session

Meet me back at my Harrington Park studio, or in your home, and we can review all of your proofs on a large screen. Similar images will be shown next to each other so you can narrow down your choices to the best of the best! We will work your images into photos of your very own walls so you can see what your images will look like and in which sizes! All decisions are made at this time, and you feel incredibly productive, accomplished and excited for the final step!

4. Delivery

We are happy to deliver your products to your door, review them with you, and even install them for you if you'd like! Then, your job is to simply enjoy them forever.
